Annual Leave
Based on longevity, full-time Maddox employees receive up to three-weeks paid vacation and 3 days of sick time annually.

Additionally all full-time Maddox employees will receive the following paid holidays:

• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve Afternoon
• Christmas Day

Health Insurance

Workers’ Compensation
Coverage is available to all employees from the first day of employment. Maddox pays the full cost of that insurance.

Professional Liability Insurance
Your professional efforts on behalf of Maddox and our clients will be protected by our policy. Maddox pays the full cost of that insurance.

Tuition Reimbursement Program
Continuing education is an actively pursued practice at Maddox. We believe it is essential to realizing a rewarding career. Employees who wish to participate need to discuss their educational goals with their supervisors.

Maddox 401K Investment Plan
Our plan offers participating employees a chance to invest in a managed fund on a tax-deferred basis. Employee contributions will be matched by the Company at a rate of 50 cents on the dollar for contributions up to 6% of the employee's salary.
