Daniel T Caywood, President
Mr. Caywood is a very talented and well regarded land surveyor. He completed a four-year program in the Theory and Practice of Land Surveying from the Maryland Society of Surveyors and later became a registered property line and land surveyor in both the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. After achieving much success within his 29 year career, Mr. Caywood has continued this pattern by stimulating growth within Maddox, making it a leader in engineering and surveying in the Washington DC area. His continued memberships in various outside organizations such as the District of Columbia Association of Land Surveyors conveys his desire to bring only the best and most recent technology and information to each project. Mr. Caywood's dedication has led Maddox to excel in all aspects of its business and mold it into the company it is today.

Russell E. Reese, Vice President
Mr. Reese completed a four-year program in the Theory and Practice of Land Surveying. He is a registered professional land surveyor in Maryland and a member of the Maryland Society of Surveyors. His two decades of experience and multiple talents brought him to Maddox to help build the company into the successful organization it is today. He has supervised projects for both government and private sector clients, large-scale boundary surveys, and numerous construction projects that have led to the substantial growth of Maddox. In addition, Mr. Reese is a Charter Member of the District of Colombia Association of Land Surveyors, contributing even more value to the community.
