History

Maddox Engineers and Surveyors, Inc., has a long standing tradition of delivering excellence in surveying. The Maddox name has been associated with surveying since the early 1900's. A strong commitment to quality in client service was the underlying reason for the founding. This commitment continued to flourish under Daniel T. Caywood, the owner since 1986, and grew ever stronger when Russell E. Reese became his partner in 1996. The company's willingness to use new technologies and adapt to the changing needs of its client base results in it being an industry leader, delivering quality engineering and surveying services.

Maddox Engineers and Surveyors, Inc., has grown steadily over the past 21 years into a diverse consulting firm. Today's well-established land development and land survey departments are staffed with a principal, supporting engineers and surveyors who are licensed in their various disciplines. Maddox has successfully completed thousands of projects for municipal, commercial, industrial and government clients as well as architects, developers and private individuals.
